The particle size control of the laboratory superfine pulverizer is carried out according to the speed change of the grading impeller and the adjustment of the suction air volume. When the particle size of the finished product is changed, the feed rate should also be changed. Increasing the rotating speed of the grading impeller or reducing the air volume will result in fine particle size of the finished product, which will lead to an increase in the stagnant flow of the crushed materials in the machine, and an increase in the current value of the crushing motor and the grading impeller motor, and vice versa. The higher the rotating speed of the grading impeller, the finer the grading particle size is, and vice versa. The finished product granularity can also be adjusted according to the change of the air volume passing through the fan and the grading point; If the air flow through the fan is large, the particle size of the finished product is coarse, and if the air flow is small, the particle size of the finished product is fine. The feed rate should also be reduced or increased.

After the installation of the laboratory superfine pulverizer, check whether the fasteners of each component are fastened. If any looseness is found, tighten them, and check whether the belt tightness is appropriate. Do not replace the belt pulley randomly to prevent the crushing chamber from exploding due to too high rotating speed or affecting its working efficiency due to too low rotating speed.

In the production process, it is necessary to ensure that the particle size and feeding amount of the finished product are adjusted when the current of the crushing motor and the grading motor is not loaded. The crushed materials are brought between the inner wall and the diffluence hood by the air flow entering from the bottom of the crushing disk, and then enter the classification chamber. Through the rotating classification wheel, the materials are classified by the balance of aerodynamic and centrifugal forces. The separated coarse materials are crushed again from the inner chamber of the diffluence hood and back to the grinding chamber. The fine materials are sucked into the classification impeller, enter the discharge chamber, and enter the collection system from the outlet.

In addition, forced ventilation inside the machine can play the role of classification and diffusion of heat. The laboratory superfine pulverizer is equipped with a slag discharge system. During the operation of the machine, impurities and hard to grind stones in the residual machine can be removed, which is conducive to improving product quality, ensuring normal production capacity and reducing wear. The product particle size can be adjusted by the air volume in the machine, the cone part and the blade, etc. It can form a variety of systems with the superfine powder classifier for different crushing requirements of various minerals.
