Blockage of the ultramicro traditional Chinese medicine pulverizer is a common fault in use. It may be a problem in the design of the machine itself, but it is more caused by improper operation of the user. Blockage can be checked in the following three aspects:

1. The material feeding speed is too fast, and the load increases, causing blockage. During the feeding process, pay attention to the large deflection angle of the ammeter pointer at any time. If the current exceeds the rated current, it indicates that the motor is overloaded. If the motor is overloaded for a long time, it will burn out the motor. In this case, the feeding door should be reduced or closed immediately, or the feeding mode can be changed, and the feeding amount can be controlled by increasing the feeder. There are two types of feeders: manual feeder and automatic feeder. The user should select the appropriate feeder according to the actual situation. Because of the high speed and load of the equipment, and the strong fluctuation of the load. Therefore, the current of the machine is generally controlled at about 90% of the rated current.

2. If the outlet pipe is blocked or the feeding is too fast, the air outlet will be blocked and the conveying equipment will not match properly, which will cause the outlet pipe to become weak or blocked after there is no air. After the fault is found, the unmatched conveying equipment shall be cleaned and the feeding amount shall be adjusted to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

3. Broken and aged hammers, clogged and broken screen mesh holes, and high water content of crushed materials will cause clogging. Broken and severely aged hammers shall be renewed regularly to keep good working condition, and the screen mesh shall be checked regularly. The moisture content of crushed materials shall be lower than 14%, which can not only improve the production efficiency, but also prevent them from blocking and enhance the reliability of work.
