Ultrafine pulverization technology is one of the important powder processing technologies. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries to crush materials.

1. Check

Before use, check whether the equipment is completely grounded and stable; Whether the locking bolt is locked; Whether the filter screen is in good condition; Whether the belt protective cover and other connecting parts are fastened. It can only be used after all are confirmed to be normal, otherwise it shall be repaired or reported.

2. Start

(1) Turn on the power supply of the distribution box, and the indicator light is on. You can press the button to start the equipment.

(2) Observe the current and running sound, and immediately shut down for maintenance in case of any abnormality.

3. Feed

(1) The feeding can only be carried out after confirming the normal operation of the equipment. When feeding, pour the material into the hopper first, and gently push the material in with a thin wooden stick. The material should not be too large or too thick.

(2) Put the crushed fine materials into the transfer bucket. When the bucket is full, immediately cover the plastic bucket inside and outside to prevent the materials from absorbing moisture.

(3) If abnormal sound is heard in the crushing process, stop the machine for maintenance immediately, and restart the machine after the confederation is eliminated.

(4) After feeding, the rotor shall be idling for 2-3 minutes, so that all the residues can be crushed and drawn out before pressing the red button to stop the machine.
