Detailed introduction

Features：

1. The cold storage is a assembled type. The machine designed by the ground condition, size and temperature according to customers’ requirements in ste installation and debugging. The detailed dimension should be measured by customers’ actual field measurement. The storage adds 60mm heightening base to avoid the cold storage pannel from being corrosed by directly contacting with the ground so as to prolong service life.

2. There is cooler condenser-evaporator on the top of storage’s inner side and water tray at the exit of it in order to guide cooler water flowing out of the trat, preventing materials from being contaminated.

3. The storage lock is vault lock. Workers can open the door inside of the storage. It is equipped with ozone sterilizer and explosion-proof lamp.

Technical parameters:

1. insulation materials:polyurethane foam double-side dour steel plate, with its thickness of 100-120mm or be custom-made.

2. Dimension: accvording to customer’s requirement.

3. Volume: 6-600m3, according to customers’ requirements.

4. cryogen: R22(meeting the GMP reqiurements)

5. Temperature range: LDJ three levels, 5℃--5℃, -10℃--18℃, -20℃--23℃ respectively. There is cold storage of -30℃--40℃ or even lower for special requirement. The electrical control system is installed in electric control box which can be installed everywhere in the cold storage.

6. There is air curtain on the top of the door. The insurance lock for dual purpose wit its door straight on and off or double acting door. The size of the door :80*180cm.

7. There are bactericidal lamp and explosion-proof lamp with its jiont’s angle excessively.. Compressor and power of fan will be designed by requirements.

8. The size, volume and temperature range of the storage can be made according to customers’ requirements.
